How is client data and security handled?

Workspace access is role-based, sessions are server-managed, and authenticator protection is optional. Data residency, privileged access, retention, and client-specific controls are agreed before sensitive delivery begins.

You receive a written scope and commercial proposal before paid work starts. Urgent support depends on available coverage, and a contractual response time applies only when written into an active service agreement.
