How are NDAs and intellectual property handled?
Confidentiality, data handling, and ownership or licensing of project deliverables are defined in the applicable client agreement. Each party retains its pre-existing materials unless that agreement states otherwise.
What working hours and time-zone coverage are available?
OUTSEED proposes service hours, response targets, escalation paths, and maintenance windows after reviewing the environment and criticality. Coverage becomes a commitment only when written into an active order form or statement of work.
How do billing and invoicing work?
