Rami Chiha is a computer engineer and enterprise infrastructure practitioner with more than a decade of experience around critical systems, storage and SAN, databases, virtualization, high availability, recovery, data center operations, and service delivery.

He founded OUTSEED to give companies a simpler way to reach experienced specialists while preserving professional privacy, delivery discipline, and clear accountability for plans, tasks, and time.

    Delivery readiness

    Availability, timezone, communication, secure working practices, escalation judgment, and fit for the requested operating model are checked.
